This is where the custom NPCs mod comes into play, allowing players to spawn NPCs throughout their world, all of them doing a verity of different things, bringing the world to life. Minecraft is really fun to play with other people, but there are a lot of situations in which you may not be able to play with others - and Minecraft is just less fun without that interaction - if only the game had NPCs.
